We have been known to answer the phone just about anytime.
Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is paid, the best way to do that is call us or ask us to call you (tell us when).

Reservations:

We will charge 1 night's rental to your credit card when you make your reservations for all cabins as a deposit to hold your reservation.

No Show Policy:

If you are scheduled to camp at WPC and are a NO SHOW, we reserve the right to rent your spot on the 2nd day of your stay. You will be charged according to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations will require a $10 fee; reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of guest arrival subject to 1 night fee. If a holiday reservation is involved, payment must be made in full.

Damage Fee:

We reserve the right to charge a customer's credit card for any damages incurred while staying at our campground. In lieu of of a valid credit card, a $350 damage deposit will be required for all cabin rentals.

Any violation of campground rules is grounds for ejection from our campground. There will be no refunds. Any guest who must be asked to leave will forfeit all fees paid.

Holiday Reservations
